Radiant Luxe Detailing – Terms & Conditions : Last Updated: October 2025 Welcome to Radiant Luxe Detailing LLC. By booking any service through our website, social media, or direct communication, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. General Services All detailing services are performed by trained professionals using premium products and equipment. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or if the vehicle’s condition exceeds what was quoted. 2. Booking & Deposits Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone/text. Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee or forfeited deposit. 4. Vehicle Condition Final pricing is subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and contamination level. Additional charges may apply for heavy dirt, stains, pet hair, or biohazards. 5. Liability Radiant Luxe Detailing is not responsible for: -Pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues. -Personal belongings left inside the vehicle. -Damage resulting from undisclosed modifications or aftermarket accessories. All services are performed with the utmost care, and we will notify clients immediately of any issues identified during the detailing process. 6. Weather Policy As a mobile detailing business, weather may affect your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of rain, snow, or unsafe working conditions at no additional cost to you. 7. Payments Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Returned or disputed payments may result in additional fees. 8. Photography & Marketing By receiving services from Radiant Luxe Detailing, you grant permission for photos or videos of your vehicle to be used for marketing or social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your appointment. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns. 10. Updates to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
